As a Wesfarmers company, Coregas is the only Australian-owned gases company. We manufacture gases locally and distribute throughout Australia and New Zealand via a network of branches and third parties. Our compressed gases and cryogenic liquids are used for a huge range of applications including construction, healthcare, welding, research, food & beverages and clean energy. We are involved with everything from providing oxygen to hospitals, putting the bubbles in beer and powering Australia’s newest hydrogen car.

As part of Coregas’ national growth objectives in the healthcare sector, we have recently commenced an exciting project, securing the contract to provide medical and speciality gases to government and private sector facilities across NSW.

As a result, we have an exceptional opportunity for Corecare Service Officer to join the team as we embark on this next major stage in our evolution in the sector.

What you will be doing

Our Corecare Service Officers are based at our Hospital Facilities, and are responsible for the cylinder management process and onsite customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Distributing cylinders within the hospital from the main gas inventory store
• Developing a safe, efficient and compliant compressed gas supply service for the hospital
• Managing the administrative tasks needed to ensure service duties are reliable and efficient
• Interacting with a range of hospital staff to provide customer service including, clinical staff, hospital administration and asset management staff
• Supporting hospital staff via training, advice and acting as a primary point of contact for Coregas
