This global organisation is currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focussed individuals looking to start their career in the corporate world. In this role, you will have access to full training and development plus ongoing support and the opportunity to work with a global tech giant! We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced individuals who excel in providing superior customer service. You will be required to troubleshoot and answer technical enquiries on various products such as phones, laptops, tablets and computers.
The role:
- Full time position 38 hours per week - opportunity for overtime!
- Rotating roster from 8am - 11pm, Monday to Sunday (including public holidays)
- Up to $42,000 plus super ($21.20 per hour + penalties)
- Answer technical enquiries and determine the customer’s issue through the use of troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide high level customer service by promoting related products and services
- Working in a large contact centre
- Working through multiple screens to update information
- 12 month contract with possible extension
- Start date 9th July - Multiple positions available
