Due to extreme growth within our company, we are looking for multiple entry level collections officers to join our team.
Location: Sydney CBD
Days: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5pm)
Do you have;
- Great communication skills
- Experience in collections if not training can be provided
- Skip tracing
- Customer service and working towards KPIs and targets
- Enjoy the thrill of a challenge
- Motivation
You will be responsible for;
- Making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
- Follow through with the recovery of outstanding debts
- Achieve success on behalf of the client and any overdue accounts
- Work as part of a team to achieve KPIs
- Skip tracing
- Reaching targets
- Managing your own portfolio
