We are seeking to appoint a talented and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. Operational hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide a high level of customer service comprising patience, empathy and adaptability
  • Inspire our customers and grow loyalty in order to increase revenue
  • Engaging customers through social media, review websites and live web chat
  • Freight delivery investigations, tracking and follow-up
  • Handling and resolving escalations, complaints and claims via phone and email
  • Monitoring and processing all customer service related emails
  • Assisting with sales enquires for eCommerce solutions
  • Providing solutions and taking responsibility for the customer’s care

Applicants will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
  • Solid understanding of the Courier, Freight and Logistics industry (Very important!)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively – written and verbal
  • High level communication and relationship skills. 
  • Effective organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • High level of computer skills
  • Time Management skills ensuring prompt response times are a priority
  • A desire to ensure the customer experience  exceeds expectations
