An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales & Customer Care Consultant to work with a dynamic organisation, based on the NSW Central Coast.
 

Real Estate Academy is an innovative training and systems development organisation operated by a group of highly productive people who are dedicated to the design and development of leading-edge business systems and career development programs designed for immediate application by real estate professionals wishing to excel in the industry.

This role will see you form part of our sales & support team for our Web Book communication technology and working closely with the Leadership team.

You will be working within a fast paced environment using leading edge technology. Our core product offering is the latest online communication tool for developing documents. Whilst primarily based in our East Gosford office, you may be required to travel to our client's offices from time to time.
 

Some of the main responsibilities will include;

  • Provide customer service support to Members and users of our technology products
  • Product Demonstration to prospective clients
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to nominated support requests
  • Perform sales and business development tasks
     

Essential Criteria

Key skills, Qualifications and Experience required to be successful in this role include;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and highly driven
  • Excellent Communication Skills and ability to work as part of team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • A willingness to learn the technology and strong interest in their own professional development
  • Although not essential, any experience either working in, or with the Real Estate industry would be looked upon favourably.
