The business is seeking to appoint a friendly and customer service orientated individual to answer and direct incoming calls, troubleshoot customer enquiries and provide administration support.
To be successful, you will be in a similar position providing over the phone product assistance to customers, coupled with administrative support. Ability to read and interpret product diagrams / schematics is highly desirable. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:-
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Solid organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
- Good problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Technical aptitude - able to pick up product knowledge and details
- Balanced talking and listening skills
- Great follow-up and administrative skills
