About you

To be successful in our fast paced and dynamic environment you will need to be an outstanding communicator with an exceptional phone manner. You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills through your previous work experience;

  • Previous inbound call experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to understand and respect client needs;
  • Superior communicator with a positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks;
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and work to deadline;
  • Intermediate MS office skills, with an acute eye for detail;
  • Persistence and tenacity in completing work and reaching goals.

About the role

You will be responsible for inbound calls relating to residential mortgage discharge files across multiple States. Your duties will include;

  • Taking settlement bookings via phone 
  • Communicating with clients, borrowers, solicitors and other lenders
