We currently have a full-time opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. You will provide high levels of customer engagement and have the ability to build rapport with our customers and are adaptable in your skill set to enable you to fulfill a range of varied duties. You will also be responsible for the supervision and training of the Fitters. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be passionate about the latest window furnishing designs within KHL and be able to extend this passion to our customers. Ideally you will have experience engaging with customers in a retail or customer facing environment and have Window Furnishings experience.

• You have experiences that will enable you to productively problems solve to the customers and the businesses satisfaction

• You have a valid license and reliable vehicle.
