BMW Genius - Auto Classic 

Rare opportunity for an outgoing and passionate customer service champion. Automotive knowledge and experience preferred but not essential.  If you love working with class leading technology, enjoy demonstrating and explaining products and services to customers, then we want to hear from you!

As the resident expert for the BMW product range you will utilise your engaging personality to deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

This is not a sales position. Your primary focus will be to discover our customer's needs and with the support of your intimate product knowledge, you will match those needs with the right BMW vehicle. 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • A genuine passion for the BMW brand. 
  • The ability to retain and communicate  technical information. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • A high level of professionalism, personal presentation & people orientation.
  • Solid capability and a passion to simplify IT and technology benefits for customers.
  • High level of organisational ability, initiative, reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively with all of our team.
  • Full Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Multi-lingual (desirable). 

You will perform a variety of tasks including:

  • Plan, develop and implement product training and skill improvements for our sales team.
  • Assist customers as well as our teams questions relating to BMW Technology.
  • Setting up customer technology connections for sales and service customers.
  • Demonstrate the features and technology of our vehicles to customers, including test drive experience.
  • Facilitate customer workshops to showcase the wonders of our cars.
  • Assist marketing team with product promotion and events.
  • Work with BMW Australia to ensure our product IT systems operate perfectly.
