Our client is a leading brand name supplier of luxury home furniture in the domestic and international market. They are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their dispatch team ASAP! You will be joining a fast-paced and rewarding environment based in Sydney Inner-West. This role is an integral part of the business and you will need to be experienced in the provision of high level of customer service.

Description

The role of the Customer Service Coordinator - Dispatch is to provide an exceptional service to our customers in relation to order delivery, satisfaction and payment collections. The candidate will be required to provide office support to the dispatch team.

  • Provide a high-level of customer service, over the phone and occasionally in person
  • Conduct data entry - including payments, customer details and customer requests
  • Manage in-bound calls
  • Coordinate delivery service with customers and colleagues in the depot
  • Liaise with customer service department regarding operational issues
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Provide office administration support to dispatch team

Profile

Candidates should be dedicated to building customer loyalty through exceptional customer service, demonstrate outstanding communication skills, and be a collaborative team player.

Selection Criteria:

  • Customer service experience
  • Administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
