Your Role:
- Collaborate with internal parties
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls
- Finding a resolution to objections
- Engage and support the Sales & Service Team
- Follow up with all enquiries via emails & internal database
Your Attributes:
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication & written Skills
- Minimum of 2 years call centre experience (Essential)
- Energetic, positive and team player attitude
- Overcome objections and ability to multi-task
