Our Customer Care Team is on the lookout for energetic and driven individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast paced environment. You will enjoy being solutions focused, want the best outcome for our customers and enjoy being part of a team!
You will provide outstanding experiences to our Optical and Sports customers by; building rapport and strong relationships with our customers, managing phone and email inquiries, assisting with the processing of orders, reporting on stock and the status of orders, responding to warranty and repair inquiries and maintaining data and solving customer queries.
You are an individual who has prior customer service experience ideally within a retail, call centre or hospitality environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic team orientation and self-drive, pride yourself on your professionalism and Enjoy working at a fast pace!
