Initial 6 month contract | Parramatta location | $30+ super per hour
We are currently assisting our client NSW Government to fill several TEMP call center roles. Fantastic opportunity for a 6 month contract based in Parramatta.
Essential Criteria
- Delivering high level customer service to SAP Finance users within the department
- Looking for customer service professionals
- Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining confidentiality and using discretion in the performance of all duties.
- Identify, refer and assign non-standard and more complex inquiries to a Centre of Expertise for action and resolution.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries in a customer management system and follow up as required.
- Assist with queries relating to purchasing and payment enquiries
- Provide inquiry and referral data to assist in the preparation of reports on the Centre's activities
- SAP experience preferred
- MUST be available from 7:30am-6pm
MUST have previous contact centre/call centre experience
- Due to the length of this contract and the fact there will be an extension, only Australian Residents will be considered
