You:
- Have passion for customer satisfaction
- Have 1+ years’ experience in customer service or interest in the tech field
- Have strong organizational skills… deal with client demands and prioritise projects
- Have a confident and engaging personality that shines over the phone
- Self-motivated, effective written and communication skills and can work independently
- Team-player who is articulate and keen to learn
- Knowledge of mobile applications
- Have an undergraduate degree and are Australian/Permanent Resident
Job:
You will be troubleshooting technical issues at a high level and achieve resolutions. You will be competent at research and software testing. This job comes with a starting salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 and generous perks/benefits.
