Transdirect is an Australian owned and operated Transport broker based in Perth's metropolitan suburb of Osborne Park. We are experiencing high growth and currently have an exciting position available for a Customer Care Member to join our fast paced and friendly team.
Reporting directly to the Customer Care Supervisor, your main focus will be to manage a large volume of our clients enquiries by providing excellent service and follow up.
Your daily role will include:
- Managing a Super high volume of inbound customer calls.
- Managing an Extremely high volume of client enquiries through email.
- Communicating and following up clients enquiries with our suppliers.
To become a Member of our team, you must have:
- A can do attitude, with the desire to make a difference within our team.
- Excellent phone manner with a proven record of managing customer disputes.
- Due to our high volume, you MUST be a Customer Care Adrenalin seeker.
- Base level computing skills with a typing speed minimum of 40wpm.
- Been employed for a minimum of 18 months within the one company in a high volume call centre / customer support centre.
- Be available Mon - Fri from 7:00am-3:30pm (6am-2:30pm during daylight savings)
- Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks to ensure the best outcomes.
We are looking for an energetic, happy team member that can assist us in offering our clients the best customer care support available. Immediate start preferred.
