About the business and the role
We are looking for someone who is motivated and willing to learn to join our company. We are a National Vehicle Transport company that have been within the industry for over 50 years.
Job is for our Seven Hills location Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
The right applicant will have profound communication skills, able to perform call centre and data entry functions. They will also have a willingness to work in a flexible environment, willing to work independently and within a team. No transport experience is required.
About the Position: Your will be maintaining a customer relationship, data entering duties, answering client enquiries via email and phone.
Computer literacy required and attention for detail.
ASAP start for the right applicant.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
Receiving incoming calls and emails and entering bookings into our system. - Receiving incoming calls and emails regarding quoting and transport updates.
- Performing positive customer service duties.
- Updating customers and other staff on a regular basis.
- General office duties and support tasks.
