We are currently looking for a full time Team Leader to work at our Regis Head Office in Armadale in the Advice team. As the Team Leader of the Advice team, you will be responsible for assisting the Advice Manager with daily operation of the Regis Advice Call Centre. Some of the main duties of this role include daily supervision of the Advice team, allocating tasks, motivating, coaching, training, problem solving, performance analysis, reporting and staff development.

 

Your role:

  • To provide direction and communication to the team so that calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledge manner
  • Maintaining a strong team culture and supportive work environment
  • Monitor the Advice Call Centre’s schedule adherence
  • Provide continual evaluation of process and procedures to identify any need for improvement
  • Provide performance stats and feedback to the Advice Manager and to the team
  • Escalate performance issues to the Advice Manager

 

You will have:

  • Preferably experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional customer service experience and focus
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent sales skills
