About the position

An opportunity now exists for various Client Support professionals to join JB Hi-Fi's Insurance team in a full-time capacity, located at our Support Office in Chadstone. Reporting to the Insurance Team Manager, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the Insurance division in its services to replace lost and/or stolen products on behalf of Insurance Companies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Insurance Companies, insured customers and JB Hi-Fi stores on the progress of replacement claims
  • Validating and quoting consumer electrical products for insurance replacements
  • Inbound and outbound calls (no sales related calls)
  • Preparing orders
  • Managing ongoing caseloads
  • Meeting KPI's and deadlines, in line with Insurance Company Service Level Agreements.

  • Knowledge of consumer electronics and white goods
    (not mandatory but highly advantageous)
