JLF Group is a national developer of residential land, established and successful for over 30 years. JLF offers integrated services in funds management, property development, financial planning and property investment through key business units.

We are expanding our Client Services Team and searching for a highly motivated and professional individual. Based at our South Melbourne office, the Client Services Consultant will join the existing team to:

  • Contact clients and initiate portfolio reviews, client events and other duties as directed all designed to further engage with our clients
  • Support the regional team in client engagement, booking meetings, client updates, reporting etc.
  • Be immersed in the process and learn all aspects of this busy channel
  • Utilise CRM system to record and update data to ensure integrity and provide reporting, including administrative duties as required
  • Engage with clients via various channels to further develop client relationships and uncover additional opportunities
  • Make at least 100 calls a day interacting with our large client base

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • A confident and outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication
  • Exceptional phone manner and disposition
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and KPI targets
  • Be exceptionally organised with a high attention to detail
  • Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office suite, CRM software and use other technology as required
  • Must be completely at ease on the phone with clients as well as interacting with internal key stakeholders
  • Work well in a team environment, be a contributor and proactive
  • A strong phone manner that you've refined from call centre, outbound contact, phone based roles
