What you will be doing… 
  
Start your day with a coffee and some breakfast on our rooftop terrace before heading to work. You will be a crucial member of the customer service & collections team and your duties will include answering phones, responding to emails, negotiating the collection of outstanding accounts etc.
  
What we are looking for… 
  • 1 Year + Customer service or collections experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to assess and provide proactive advice or solutions
