The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing applications support and issue resolution to the RHA online channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Helpdesk support for the front-end web applications originating from phone, email, ticketing software and online chat.
- Supporting key contracts from a web support perspective.
- Assisting customers, including training if required, with support calls regarding use of web applications.
- Assist with the management of our eBAY store including answering questions, entering sales orders and monitoring payment.
- Interfacing effectively with IT support functions.
- Interfacing effectively with internal business units to achieve successful outcomes
- Working across multiple systems including email, Jira and Pronto.
Skills and Experience:
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Proficient working with various software systems
- Proficient with internet applications
- Can do attitude, positive and friendly
