Your new role
As a Digital Essentials Banker, you’ll be working in an inbound contact centre environment and be responsible for:

  • Building great relationships with customers and deepening customer relationships by providing value ads at every opportunity.
  • Handling a variety of queries from digital baking customers troubleshooting technical issues regarding online platforms, including business and corporate web platforms.
  • You’ll also handle a range of ad-hoc requests and queries, and whilst assisting with service requests, you will build a genuine understanding of their banking needs to provide a service that goes above and beyond what is expected

  • Above market salary between $54-$57k + super, depending on experience.
  • Hours - Monday to Friday 7am-9pm roster working 37.5 hrs per week. (Flexibility to work Saturday’s will be required from 9-5)
