Working closely with the customer service team you will be accountable for a great consumer experience.

Taking inbound phone calls, you will effectively manage the brand which will include being the first point of contact for the consumers, you will be quick to respond and know what great customer service looks like.
An experienced customer-centric individual is crucial as you guide the customers around the product offering, whilst professionally managing their expectations around quality.

This is so much more than just taking orders and namely the maintenance of existing customers, you will be delivering excellent customer service, working with a professional script ensuring the customers leave any of your calls smiling and smelling the coffee; and wanting more. Managing the traffic flow of inbound calls participating in projects across all departments to attract more customers. Relationships are key and it's your job to coordinate all enquiries across a particular brand. FMCG background is desirable as is the ability to deliver a supportive, keen customer style. Use your superior communication skills, your customer service passion, your integrity and CRM clean data experience and you won't be just be getting a caffeine hit but counting more than coffee beans for your reward!!
