We are looking for a telesales specialist to join our Small and Medium Enterprises team.
What is the role?
A true sales role, this full-time position will see you in a busy telephone based sales environment growing your existing client base through outbound sales calls, lead conversion and revitalising accounts.
You will be a solutions based sales person who is confident in building their own portfolio to reach and surpass KPIs, targets and goals. You will work in a team environment, supporting and helping others to achieve in order to achieve common goals. Servicing your clients to reach maximum potential, you are able to have customer focused conversations that allow you to upsell, tailor solutions and maximise spend on each interaction.
You will have marketing conversations with your potential customers, helping them to understand and utilise data to identify new growth opportunities.
Who you are?
Ideally, successful applicants will have a sound mix of the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and develop successful relationships
- Ability to capitalise on all opportunities through upselling and cross selling
- Experience working to achieve and surpass various KPI’s and targets
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Proficient in using complex computer systems
- Stakeholder management experience
