At Bullivants we are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Officer to provide high quality customer assistance and sales to our clients bring customer satisfaction to a higher level within our close-knit Acacia Ridge Team.
Reporting to the Sales and Operations Manager and working within our close-knit team you will be responsible for:
- Keep up to date with product knowledge to ensure customer service levels are met
- Managing customer interactions end to end mainly over the phone, face to face and via email
- Being the first point of contact for our customers and striving for first call resolutions
- Following up with clients to provide frequent updates and order status
- Problem solving and complaint resolution
- Complying with company procedures and policies and attaining correct certification
In this role you will get to be the voice of the business so you will have experience in internal sales/customer service ideally with exposure to safety, lifting and/or rigging industries. You are a tecnically minded individual and be adept in prodiving and learning indepth knowledge about our products and services.You have a customer centric nature and vibrant personality as well as a passion to exceed customer expectations. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and love nothing more than making sure your customer needs are met coupled with the ability to multi-task.
