• Customer Service Operator - Minchinbury  (temporary to permanent)
• Sales and Service Coordinator - Blacktown (temporary - 6 months)

To be considered for these exciting opportunities you will possess previous experience in a customer service role along with:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Leadership skills to provide guidance to a team
• The ability to think strategically
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A positive, confident, bright and energetic personality
• Superior administration ability including use of MS Office Suite
• Typing speed of minimum 45 words per minute
• Polite and professional phone manner
• The ability to liaise and coordinate with clients as well as colleagues
• The ability to thrive under pressure
