About the role:
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing the vendor relationships and day to day operations associated with installation of residential solar panels, batteries and other Next Generation products.
You will act as a key point of contact between the Sales team and the installation contractors, allocating workflow and leading a team of 3 people.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on role where no two days are the same! Some interstate travel is required to visit partner organisations.
About you:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an operational leadership role, ideally in a field service environment
- Exceptional people leadership and the ability to build an effective team
- Vendor / Partner management experience with an understanding of SLAs, contracts, etc
- Excellent attention to detail
Experience in the solar industry is not essential, however may give you an understanding of the day to day environment you will be working in.
