We currently are recruiting multiple opportunities within Government contact centres. These opportunities will give you exposure to different departments over State, Local and Federal Government.
We are constantly recruiting in this space and require hard working, positive candidates to join our Randstad team.
The role
- Handling high volume inbound calls
- Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Build rapport and problem solving through putting the client first
About You
Previous experience working in an high volume inbound contact centre environment is required.
- Experience in a similar role and an understanding of a call centre environment
- Customer service experience
- Professional communication skills, able to clearly explain complex concepts over the phone
- Excellent time management skills
- Personal Resilience, proactivness and to be serviced focused.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes and procedures
- Ability to adapt to change with ease and be resilient to cope with challenging tasks
- Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
- Strong emphasis on providing world-class customer service
