Your new role
Your day to day responsibilities include (but are not limited to) managing the customer service team, providing hands on training and support, driving new processes and procedures. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing performance, reporting and KPI's.

What you'll need to succeed

  • An Understanding of, and experience in a high volume contact centre environment
  • Ability to drive high performance culture within a team with focus on delivering a great customer experience at every touch point.
  • Ability to strike a balance between people and business needs
  • Demonstrated leadership experience including coaching, developing and motivating a team
  • Ability to work efficiently whilst managing multiple tasks
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills including report analysis and interpretation
  • Solid customer service focus including a drive to innovate and improve processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong skills utilising MS Office
