Join a newly created financial services team in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Our client is seeking exceptional customer service agents to join their rapidly growing global business: A market leading provider, servicing major financial institutions in the platform and wealth management sectors across the globe.

bout the Role:

  • This position is responsible for providing a high level of service excellence to customers
  • Support by identifying customer issues and provide effective solutions, utilising financial, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Assist customers including financial advisors, employers and third parties with account and online self-service enquiries
  • Process through enquiries and fulfil internal compliance applications

About you:

  • You must be RG 146 compliant having worked within the financial service industry
  • Customer Service and B2C experience
  • You seek to delight customers through your exceptional service and expertise
  • An excellent communicator with a mature approach and ability to support all levels of stakeholder engagement
  • You possess the drive and willingness to embrace change within a growing environment
  • You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Superannuation, WRAP/ IDPS and investments operational knowledge desirable
