The Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for our reference laboratory customers, responding to all enquiries to ensure they receive a superior customer experience and proactively reaching out to educate and raise awareness about our IDEXX laboratory services.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working on a rotating roster Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7:30pm, this national customer service role is responsible for:

  • handling all enquiries and requests from veterinary clinics in a professional manner;
  • advising customers of results of completed tests;
  • proactively engaging with and educating customers through regular outbound phone contact;
  • responding to issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

To be a success in this role you must have a passion for customer service, experience in a telephone/PC-based customer service environment with inbound and outbound calls, attention to detail and an ability to prioritise constantly changing and competing deadlines.
