An ongoing opportunity has arisen for a technically minded and focused individual to join a leading edge utility organisation playing an important role working in the Faults and Emergencies team. This particular organisation located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne has established an exceptional reputation delivering on quality and top tier customer service.
Working within the technical services team your primary purpose for your role will to provide the highest level support to consumers.
Your responsibilities will incorporate:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all consumers
- Efficient and professional response to all emergencies and faults
- Effectively handling a wide variety of calls and assisting in monitoring alarms after 10 pm
- Servicing contractors, customers and crews
- Dispatching of prioritised work
- Management and resolution of customer concerns
Full Flexibility across 24/7, weekends and public holidays is essential
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Previous experience in a technical call centre or a faults and emergency team
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Positive and Bright candidates who have high levels of resilience
- A High Attention to detail
- Advanced customer service
You will be rewarded with and attractive hourly rate and dynamic team culture - exceptional hands on training.
Training will occur between monday to Friday for up to 5 weeks, and rosters will be issued up to 3 months in advance
