About the role:
Our Arrangement Officers are responsible for managing our ongoing payment arrangement portfolio, you will be working within a great team environment with round the clock support from the department team leader and manager.
This full time position offers flexibility with rotating shifts of the hours below:
- 8:00am – 5:00pm, 9:00am – 6:00pm & 10:00am – 7:00pm
This position does require one Saturday per month to be worked between the hours of 9:00am to 2:00pm although you will receive a rostered day off throughout the month.
We offer monthly bonus incentives on top of your base salary as well as provide ongoing training to enable growth within our organisation.
About you:
To be successful within this role, you will have:
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Solution focused, proactive and a high performer
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve KPI’s
- Call centre experience
- Ability to work independently, Self-motivated and results driven
We will require you to undertake a criminal record check prior to commencement of employment.
