Aussie Broadband is a small, rapidly growing internet service provider with a reputation for high quality services. We are based out of the Latrobe Valley in Gippsland, Victoria and are privately owned.

• national services via all nbn technologies other than satellite
• home and mobile phone services
• telco services to small businesses

This is a great opportunity to join our expanding team based in our Morwell office (Head Office). We are looking for suitably experienced sales consultants to manage both inbound and outbound warm calls to residential customers. The position is permanent part time (generally averaging 4 - 5 days per week), and key responsibilities include:

• Identify customer's needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures
• Provide a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision
• Maximise revenue through selling procedures
• Meet the required sales targets
• Data entry of customer details into CMS systems

The successful candidate will have:

• Exceptional customer service skills, and be a clear communicator
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet goals
• A 'can do' approach to own work, and perform effectively under pressure.
