This is a challenging but rewarding Inbound Customer Service role where your focus is providing effective solutions through your ability to listen and prioritise complex processes.
Candidates must possess the following:
- Full Australian working rights
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to be highly empathetic and patient
- Positive and engaging personality
- Proactive approach and strong initiative
- Experience working with KPI's and adherence
- Ability to work in a highly structured environment
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate between systems
- Previous customer service experience either on the phone or face to face.
