As Team Supervisor for this high volume inbound team, your primary responsibilities will be to mentor, coach, train and motivate a diverse group of Market Research professionals, ensuring they are performing at their maximum potential.

The shifts fluctuate in this Call Centre environment and you must be available to work at least one shift every weekend. Afternoon shifts Monday - Friday and day shifts on the weekend.

This role requires a strong leader to direct and coach the team to become the best they can be. You will promote and drive a positive team ethos and lively culture. You will be adept in continuous improvement and consistently drive positive change within the team.

To ensure success in this role, you will have;

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Supervisor / Call Centre Supervisor role, with demonstrated experience in Market Research
  • Experience leading Market Research teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A confident, articulate, positive and engaging demeanour and leadership style
  • Proactive approach and ideally some experience in process improvement
  • Market / Social Research experience
  • SPSS Dimensions & OzQuest experience (highly desired)
