Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Customer Service and Technical Support Supervisor to lead a small committed team of four. You will be the prime point of contact for customers and act as liaison between customers and Service Technicians.

Dealing with existing customers, your main responsibilities will include: 

Planning, organising and scheduling day to day technical support operations to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and answering parts related technical enquiries
  • Managing the travel schedule of Service Technicians
  • Ensuring all customer issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
  • Managing and scheduling training and development for all customers
  • Preparing job cards, invoicing and approving completed job cards
You

You are a smart, decisive operator with a background of providing technical support to high end customers.

  • Process driven, can manage multiple tasks through to completion

  • Highly proficient in MS products and advanced Excel skills
Previous candidates who have been successful in this role have come from Engineering, Electrical or Automotive industry, however this is not essential.
