An entry-level opportunity is available to join an expanding telecommunications company based in Derrimut.
A can do, positive attitude with a sincere commitment to customer service is essential. All training will be provided.
As a customer care consultant you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing calls to customers assisting with queries as required in addition to providing sales support, process requests, administrative duties and following up debt collection.
This is a full time role, Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 5.30pm including a 1 hour break.
The position is suited to a person that is able to work under pressure, able to multi-task and think on their feet and who wants to become an integral part of our friendly team for the long term and be highly rewarded in return.
