This ongoing temporary role is located in Eastern Creek where you will be providing essential product support, carrying out requests for remote installations and remote connectivity

The main responsibilities of this role include;

• Provide customer support to clients and support technicians 
• Assist with remote installation requests 
• Remotely connecting to networks 
• Consistently meet individual KPI's
• Rotating roster between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday

 To be considered for these roles you will have;

• Experience in customer service within a call centre environment
• Knowledge of hardware and software 
• Work within a leading product specialist company 
• Strong customer service and communications (verbal and written)
• Self-directed and motivated/innovative
• Have initiative and able to troubleshoot
