Customer Service Consultant Inbound

Our client are a distribution company who are seeking OUTGOING customer service professionals to join their team. Your role would involve maintaining pre-existing customer relationships and delivering EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT service. SOFT SELL! Start date early July
MARKETPLACE:
- Provide service solutions for a distribution company across inbound and back of house support for all customer channels and manage service Enquiries
- Deliver service interactions within service level agreements which have been set (as determined by type of request)
- Adherence to centre operations scorecard based on business needs including adherence to schedule
- Actively promote and activate new customers on our Web Portal (measured each month)
- Achieve Call Quality as determined by our centre guidelines
WORKPLACE:
- Contacts/Customer Interactions on or below target
- Written and verbal Communication email/phone within our Contact Centre Service Experience guidelines
- Health, Safety and Environment - ensure your work area is kept tidy at all times and within centre guidelines.
- Health, Safety and Environment - report all incidents to your leader and proactively create a safe environment for self and others.
PEOPLE AND CULTURE:
- Proactively prepare and participate in your monthly 1:1s with your leader.
- Prepare and lead your own development/learning plan to support your success in role.
- Collaboratively work with your team and our Centre to support a high performing achievement culture

Knowledge:
- Technical knowledge relating to Service Centre processes across all channels including CFS, Grocery, International)
- Systems knowledge including SAP, Outlook, (for International OzDocs and Aqis accreditation) is highly regarded
- Technical knowledge relating to International (eg order processing, certification required and airfreight/sea freight processes) will be highly regarded
- People Processes- constructive behavioural styles
- Understanding of the opportunities & challenges and service requirements
- Competency in utilising MS Office suite of applications
Experience:
- Previous contact/call Centre experience essential - eg targets/KPI's, executed priorities, problem solving
- Built relationships with customers based on value creation
