What we're looking for:
As our Outbound Call Centre Manager, you will be running our appointment setting and outbound lead generation team. You will work with the Director to ensure the quality of the appointment your team makes.
- We have a mature call guide which follows a professional fact-finding process in helping establish the needs of the customer. You will help refine this and look for ways to improve appointment sit rates and conversions from lead to appointments.
- You will have an understanding of KPI's and may have used CRM's previously.
- Deciding bonuses for the team after management approval.
- Ensuring there are enough appointments booked for our sales team.
- Our CRM tracks all of your team's outcomes. We record all calls and you would be expected to listen to these calls where necessary and help coach our Appointment Setters.
- Coaching and hiring of new appointment and lead generation staff.
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven track record in building and motivating teams to be successful.
- Proven Experience in managing an appointment setting team.
- Experience in managing and creating outbound teams is highly sought after.
- Experience and understanding of appointment setting.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to learn about a product and service.
- You may have knowledge in Finance, Financial Planning or Investment Properties.
- Ambitious in your attitude you want to help oversee the growth of the company over the next 12 months.
