About the role
SunDoctors is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Patient Relationship Consultant to join us.

This role is based in Thornleigh, next door to our pathology lab.
The role involves organising the team of Patient Relationship Consultants on a daily basis, ensuring we are calling the right markets and that the team has the tools they need for the day. The role will also involve calling patients that have previously attended one of our clinics but have not had their annual skin check-up for an extended period of time.
The role comes with a remuneration package of 'base + super + commission' on offer. The commission structure is uncapped and there may be some flexibility available with rosters and hours of work. The commission is based on achievable, realistic targets and coaching is provided by an experienced and approachable senior manager.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience as a senior consultant or 2IC in a small call centre team. Ideally you are someone who has excellent organisational skills but also passionate about sales, who aren't afraid to make a high volume of calls, and are driven by results. Our ideal candidate is someone who is willing to go the extra mile to book appointments, but also has the customer service skills to make a positive impression with all leads that they speak to.
Essential Skills
- Experience as a senior consultant or 2IC in a small call centre (preferred but not essential)
- 1+ years Inbound/Outbound call centre sales experience
- Ability to meet KPIs within a sales environment
- Driven by results and self-motivated
- A strong team player that is willing to learn new sales skills
- Must be able to work full-time hours
Desirable Skills
- An interest or previous experience of working in a health care setting
