We do this through our innovative SuperScore program, where we provide a ‘health rating’ of an individual’s super so they know how to improve their situation.

We are looking for a Sales Consultant/Telemarketer to help expand our national client base. 

This role requires you cold calling businesses to set up appointments for one of our BDM’s. This is a phone-based role so you will have an exceptional phone manner with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and sales pipelines.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge with the added benefits of a generous and flexible working arrangements. If you are looking for a part time role (around 20 hours per week), then this may suit.

What kind of responsibilities will I have? 

  • Source perspective clients
  • Make outbound calls and book appointments
  • Work to targets and KPIs on a daily and weekly basis
  • Records and calendar management
  • Working actively as part of a team
  • Being enthusiastic and driven to achieve sales

What kind of experience do I need?

We are ideally looking for previous experience within the superannuation/call centre/sales industry, however we will consider you if you possess the following:

  • Excellent communications skills and experience working in a telephone-based role
  • Face to face customer service or sales roles
  • High degree of confidence and extremely driven to succeed
  • Able to deal with rejection
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
  • Determined to win clients over
  • Be positive, punctual and hardworking - and have a bit of fun along the way!
