Australian Caravan Company is a market leader in the RV industry, and our Service Centre is a fast paced environment. We're a family owned company that prides itself in delivering exceptional customer service for over 40 years.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and super organised Customer Service Officer to join our Service Department. 

We believe the role would ideally suit someone with recent real customer service experience, or someone who can manage a high volume of customer enquiries.

Each day you will be dealing with customers face to face, checking in customer RV's for repairs to be done, creating bookings for existing or new customers &  answering incoming calls. You will be in charge of each customer from the beginning to end of their experience in our Service Department. 

Most of these experiences will be from happy people, but you'll still need to have the skills and personality to be able to effectively manage a difficult customer. Providing our customers with a positive experience will be second nature to you.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the ability to carry out  admin duties while maintaining a high level of customer service. 

 

To be shortlisted for an initial interview you'll need to be able to demonstrate you're a good fit for this role, based on your past experience in a very similar role. This means you'll need to be able to demonstrate experience in;

  • Exeptional Customer service 

  • Using in-house management information systems (software)

  • General office administration tasks

  • Managing conflicting priorities in a high volume work place
