Compliance and Risk Management Recruitment is a specialist executive recruitment consultancy serving risk management and compliance professionals. Our Directors have 20+ years’ experience in the industry and our clients include Banks, Fund Managers, Insurance companies, as well as other corporates. We are Sydney based and recruit nationally across a range of roles from Analysts through to “Heads of” with salaries ranging from $80K through to $300K.

We are looking to grow our team with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Consultant. The key purpose of this role is to communicate with our network and database of candidates as well as source new candidates for jobs. This role will appeal to an ambitious individual who wants to utilise their communication and influencing skills. 

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will get involved in communicating with our database, candidate acquisition projects and will also assist our Directors and Recruitment Consultants source candidates for jobs.

Some responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying candidates i.e. telephone interviewing candidates and resourcing jobs
  • Manage the referencing, background checking and testing of successful candidates
  • Continuously building our network of candidates through research, referrals and advertising
  • Development and maintenance of candidate and client databases
  • Formatting and coordinating candidate email send outs and various client marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with writing notes on candidates for submission
  • Assisting with mapping for search assignments using our network, database, LinkedIn etc
  • Attending client briefings with Recruitment Consultants and formulating the recruitment strategy

 

The successful candidate will have a career path to a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Manager. There is also the opportunity to move into a Recruitment role as a Consultant or Senior Consultant.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in a business role (ideally sales, call centre, telemarketing or relationship management)
  • An interest in business (and financial services ideally)
  • Confident, energetic and outgoing personality
  • Ability to pick up the phone and have a conversation with professionals
  • Common sense and a can-do attitude
  • A Team Player (ability to work in a close-knit team)
