What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Assistant you'll be working in a fast paced transactional environment assisting our customers with their roadside matters. These customers may come through to us directly or on behalf of one of our partners, so it's critical we adapt our approach.

You'll be providing exceptional phone-based customer service for customers who may be stuck in difficult situations. Based in our new office in Broadbeach, this Full Time role will offer you the opportunity you're looking for.

Previous call centre experience is not specifically required for this role, but a strong desire to provide an outstanding level of customer service most definitely is.

What makes a successful Customer Service Assistant?

You'll be someone who:

• Has worked in a customer centric environment
• Has previous experience adhering/exceeding KPI's and targets
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping people
• Is computer literate and proficient across Microsoft Suites

Training

If successful, candidates must be available for Full Time training in Broadbeach, Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.00 pm for 2 weeks from the 6th August 2018. 

Full Time positions are based on a guaranteed 38 hours per week. Please be aware that the contact centre is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Successful candidates will need to be available to work a rotating roster across these days and hours.
