Wow Recruitment are looking for a temporary Inbound Customer Service and Support Officer to join our clients fast growing company close to public transport in Rozelle.

You will be the central point of contact for customers, both in the showroom and over the phone for their gas fireplace and heater showroom and service centre. 

This is a temporary opportunity for 8 weeks - An immediate start is available for the right candidate.


Your Responsibilities will include; 
  • High volume inbound customer service calls, face to face enquiries and email enquiries
  • Greet and check in customers for workshop services 
  • Scheduling bookings over the phone and using an online booking system
  • Ability to undertake multiple tasks whilst actively listening to assist resolving customers needs
  • Proactively demonstrate professional customer service skills in a fast paced environment at all times
  • Record customer information on a CRM system
To be considered for this role you will have; 
  • Inbound Customer Service experience 
  • High level data entry/ keyboard skills
  • Previous experience using ServiceM8 or a similar scheduling software
  • Strong customer service and communications (verbal and written)
  • Previous contact centre experience is an advantage 

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
