There is now an opportunity for an intelligent and customer service focused Call Centre Representative/Inbound Customer Service Representative to assist a property services team in this fast-paced and dynamic role!

Duties & Responsibilities
As Call Centre Representative/Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for staff property requests. Your duties will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Managing incoming calls and emails regarding property and facilities matters
• Provide correct information to caller based on technical analysis of issue
• Allocate works to appropriate sub-contractors or Landlords
• Engage with internal Property and Facility Managers
• Liaise with key stakeholders

Skills & Experience 
The ideal candidate will be friendly, have great communication skills and customer service experience. You must be competent in relevant computer applications. You might have experience working in a hotel or serviced apartments and be familiar with repairs and maintenance requests from guests. If so – this is the right opportunity for you!
