Your new company

Your new role
As an innovative organisation who are challenging the traditional banking industry they are focused on taking care of their customers and community with knowledgeable, honest support and convenient, easy-to-use banking products. Working as part of a large and vibrant customer service team based in North Sydney you’ll be responsible for ensuring these customers continue to be looked after and receive an exceptional service. This role will be on a rotating roaster Mon-Sun 7am-9pm with shift loadings and view to go permanent. Shift patterns will be advised at least 4 weeks in advance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in banking or finance. You’ll be engaging, dynamic and confident as well as passionate about providing first-class customer interactions over the phone and online. With a proven background in retail and customer service roles you’ll be given extensive industry training and development to reach your potential.
