About the business and the role
Genesis.com.au is a Health and Fitness Nutritional Supplement Business focused on providing quality advice and products to assist people in achieving their health and fitness goals.
We are currently experiencing rapid growth and as such are looking to fill an additional Customer Service E-Commerce Assistant member to join our team.
This is an all-encompassing role, providing the opportunity for you to harness your administration, communication skills, sales, and computer expertise within a service focused, fast paced, and innovative company.
Job tasks and responsibilities

Answering and making phone calls to existing and new customers. Communicating delivery time-frames, providing tracking information, liaising with our warehouse, and being a source of contact internally and externally for our business.

Processing of website sales. Printing shipping labels, and creating invoices. Working at a consistent and efficient speed with an extremely high level of attention to detail.

Ensuring our customer service expectations are met in a diligent and efficient manner.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 1 Years Experience in a Customer Service Role
- Moderate level computer skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to work in a dynamic high volume environment
- Amazing work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- A GENUINE care for our customers and how our business can help them achieve their fitness and health goals
- An interest in health and nutrition with an eagerness to learn more about our products and customers
